Join a Team!
Prayer Team: Join a team committed to praying for our church and our neighbors and building out a vibrant Trinity Prayer Ministry.
Next Gen Team: Opportunities to serve with Kids Min, 456, or Trinity Youth (7th-12th), as well as with admin support of these ministries.
Men’s + Women’s Ministry Teams: Join teams planning, coordinating, and hosting events for our Men’s and Women’s Ministries.
Sunrise Team: Join a team that leads a weekly service at Sunrise Senior Living in Burke on Tuesday mornings.
Policies + Planning Teams: There are opportunities to serve on a team helping develop policies for Trinity Missions partnerships/giving and a team thinking through long-term facility needs.
Admin Team: Join a team helping to manage the myriad small details that go into keeping a church’s wheels spinning.
Host a Community Gathering!
This Fall, in lieu of the more “traditional” small group model, consider hosting a community gathering. A community gathering is a one-time commitment (versus the 7-10 week commitment of hosting a small group) and can look like most anything that helps us connect with one another (and perhaps neighbors). Some ideas include: a backyard BBQ, gathering to watch football, a local service project, a corn hole tournament, trivia night at Bunnyman, a trip to a local winery, a game night, happy hour, trip to the movies, dinner party, group run/walk at Burke Lake, bunco, or bagels at a local playground.
Get Involved
In addition to joining a team or hosting a community gathering, consider:
Participating in the Trinity Book Club (meets monthly)
Joining the Trinity Writers Guild (a gathering of Trinity writers)
Arriving early (between 9 and 9:30am) on Sundays to help set up our worship space, or by 9:45am to welcome people and check-in kids.
