Hi, I’m Mike.

I’m married to Jenny (we’re high school sweethearts). We have 3 boys (there is a LOT of energy in our house). We live in Burke Centre, spend an inordinate amount of time at Patriot Park watching BAC travel soccer games, and we really like adventures.

I’m an Anglican priest (Anglican Church in North America), and the church planting pastor of Trinity Church, Burke.

I’ve previously served as a pastor at our mother church, Truro Anglican Church, in Fairfax, in college ministry with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in San Diego, and on staff at a couple San Diego Presbyterian churches leading youth and young adult ministries.

I received a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary (Pasadena), a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University (San Antonio), and did a semester at the divinity school of The University of Aberdeen.

I believe the Gospel changes everything, that Jesus is absolutely worth following, that the Bible is worth trusting, that God forms and transforms us through the sacraments, that the Holy Spirit still speaks today, and that for some strange reason God has called a church to bear witness to His Kingdom.

If you’d like to follow my adventures, you can find me on Instagram. If you’d like a more formal bio/cv, feel free to connect on LinkedIn. Although I don’t use them that often, you can still find me on Facebook and on Twitter. Lastly, some of my more recent work can be found on YouTube.
